Our collection for the month of June is for our local area relief projects. Thanks to all of you for the efforts that have been put forth in this area. The Goodfield men’s campout was held Friday and Saturday. Thanks to brothers Sam and Adam Rocke for planning and making it happen along with Bro. Larry Wiegand for hosting. It was a great turnout and a blessing to be a part of.
We will have a Blood Drive at the Fellowship Hall today, Monday, June 3rd from 1-6 p.m. Please contact Sis. Rosemary Wiegand (309) 744-2249 if you would like to make an appointment.
There will be singing at the Eureka home this Saturday starting at 6:45pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The ministers will be teaching a 10-week class to our converts and new members starting today. This will be held on the first and third Sunday’s of the month over at the Gathering Room during afternoon service. It will be taught like a Sunday School class with work books. Those included have already received notification received notification of this class via text. Please see Bro. Kent or Sis. Lanae to pick up your work books.
Please mark your calendars for our 2019 Vacation Bible School, which will be held the week of July 15th – 19th for children 3 years old through the 8th grade based on the Sunday School class they were in for the 2018-19 school year. Our theme this year is "Mission Possible" and we will be learning about our Great Commission including ways we can live this out through our four national church missions (Harvest Call, LifePoints, Gateway Woods, and ACCFS). We are planning reinstatement services for Ethel Finley on Wednesday, June 12th and testimonies and baptisms for Diane Gregory on June 29th and 30th.
Jayden Grimm is at peace with God and man and desires baptism. Please pray for him during this most important time in his life. Jayden is the son of Bro. Mike and Sis. Amber Grimm. They have invited anyone who would like to come to San Diego for the testimonies and baptisms on Labor Day weekend.
Please be prayerful for the Bible Class and those who are going on the work trip to Sunset Gap, Tennessee. They will be leaving Saturday, June 8th.
We rejoice with Bro. Clint & Sis. Sydnee Schumacher as they were blessed with a baby girl named Navie Lou on May 28, 2019.

Business Manager Primary Job Functions
•Responsible for accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll systems.
•Serves as Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer.
•Responsible for facility IT functions including ongoing trouble shooting and recommendations for hardware and software updates.
•Serves as Acting Administrator in the absence of the Administrator.
Business Manager Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
•Experience in accounting field is preferred.
•Knowledge of IT systems.
•Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
•Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
•Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel.
•Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality resident care and maintaining a sound operation.
